Scarlett is so lucky to have your words to her saved for posterity! I struggle to write even the one letter that her baby book asks for -- I feel like I'll get it wrong, or that I won't get it all into that one important letter. Silly, I know. 8-) Anyhow, I hope the Healthy Sleep Habits book is working out for your family. I loved it, and it's already working its magic for baby number two.
